Cookies Ubi

Bahan :
  • 150 gram tepung ubi ungu (siap pakai)
  • 200 gram susu formula lanjutan
  • 125 gram mentega
  • 1 butir telur

Cara membuat :
  1. Campur tepung ubi ungu dan susu, aduk rata
  2. Kocok telur dan mentega hingga halus. Campur dengan tepung ubi dan susu, aduk rata
  3. Cetak sesuai selera. Panggang selama 20 menit pada suhu 180 celsius

Sorry it's taken me so long to post pictures! I finally remembered to bring my camera. I really should get one to keep there permanently. Anyway, here's our set up. It's more function that pretty but at least we can work out of it now. We'll work on making it pretty as we earn more money. :)

Rempeyek Kacang

Rempeyek Kacang

Bahan:

  • 400 gr tepung beras
  • ½ sendok makan tapioka
  • ½ kg kacang tanah dikupas dan dibelah 2
  • 4 buah bawang putih
  • 4 butir kemiri
  • 1 sdk teh ketumbar bubuk
  • 250 cc santan
  • 100 cc air
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1 sdm air kapur sirih kalau ada
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk diiris tipis2
  • Garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
  1. Telur, bawang putih, kemiri, ketumbar bubuk, air kapur sirih diblender halus.
  2. Air, santan dan tepung diaduk sampai rata kemudian masukkan bumbu yang sudah diblender halus.
  3. Goreng tipis2 di pinggiran kuali yang sudah diberri minyak.
  4. Setelah kering dan kuning angkat dan siap disajikan.

Bahan :

  • 300 gram biskuit coklat
  • 200 gram susu kental manis coklat
  • 2 sendok makan rhum
  • 100 gram kacang mede sangrai, haluskan
  • 25 buah marshmallow
  • 50 gram meises buat taburan

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumbuk biskuit coklat lalu ayak.
  2. Tambahkan susu coklat, rhum, dan kacang mede. Aduk rata.
  3. Ambil sedikit adonan. Isi dengan marshmallow. Bentuk bola-bola.
  4. Gulingkan diatas meises.

Exhausted but the shop is ready!

Today our shop passed the final inspection from the health department which means we can open! Although I might wait a week or two to officially open since I am completely wiped out. :) This endeavor was a lot of stress and work. But I'm looking forward to working out of my shop and advertising. It took us a while to find a plumber and get the sinks installed but thankfully we were able to find a good plumber who took care of it quickly. I'm so excited to move in and start working. Have I already mentioned that? I have a lot of cake sketches I want to turn into cakes but have been too preoccupied with business stuff. But first I have to give my house a thorough cleaning since it's been neglected lately. Thanks so much everyone for your support and well wishes!

Kembang Kol Panggang

Bahan :
  • 750 gram kentang, kupas , potong tipis
  • 250 gram kembang kol, petik2
  • 2 buah tomat, potong melintang
  • 100 gram keju, potong dadu
  • 100 gram keju parut
  • 2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
  • 700 ml susu cair
  • 1 sdt garam
  • ½ sdt merica hitam bubuk
  • 1/8 sdt parutan pala
  • 1 sdm margarine, untuk mengoles

Cara membuat :
  1. Siapkan pinggan tahan panas, lalu oelskan margarine pada seluruh permukaannya
  2. Susun rapat potongan kentang, kemudian tata kembang kol, tomat dan potongan keju di atasnya
  3. Campur telur kocok, susu cair, garam, lada hitam dan parutan pala. Aduk hingga rata
  4. Siram ke dalam pinggan yg sudah berisi kentang di atas. Taburkan keju parut ke atasnya
  5. Panggang pada oven selama 1,5 jam. Lepaskan pinggan dan masukkan ke dalam wadah bekal sekolah dengan dihias sesuai selera

Untuk 6 porsi
